Description
Toowoomba North Girls and Infants State School No.256 opened on 6 September 1869. The first Head Teacher was Sarah Madigan. The total enrolment comprised 113 girls. In 1937 the Toowoomba North Girls State School closed to amalgamate with Toowoomba North Boys State School. In 1938 this school became known as Toowoomba North State School No.110.
