Description

Premier of Queensland's copy of valuations on transferred properties for all States of Australia printed by the Government Printer, Melbourne. The Official Representative of the Commonwealth for all States was David Miller and Alfred B. Brady was the Official Representative of Queensland. The Queensland Section is both summarised and detailed according to properties falling within the responsibilities of the following Government Departments:- Postmaster-General's Department; Department of Defence (Naval); Department of Defence (Military); Department of Trade and Customs; Department of Home Affairs (Meteorological). Details supplied are: City or town where property located, property (building or land), class, cost of structure (subdivided into period of time and amount of money), valuation of structure, valuation of site, and total valuation.
