The Commission of Inquiry into the care and treatment of patients in the psychiatric unit of the Townsville General Hospital was to investigate whether between 1975 to 1988 any patient in the Psychiatric Unit (Ward 10B) was cared for or treated in a manner which was negligent, unsafe, unethical or unlawfull, and if so, to establish whether there was sufficient evidence to prosecute or take disciplinary proceedings.
This series consists of 2 computer system data backup tapes and 15 backup floppy disksdiskettes (with a printed page with details of the contents of the tapes and diskettes); and a volume titled "The Records System".
