Description

This Minute Book records minutes of meetings of the Queensland Harbour Boards' Association held at irregular times at either the Rockhampton or Mackay Harbour Board offices, and attended by representatives of Queensland Harbour Boards. The minutes record the establishment, constitution and rules of the Association as well as discussion of issues related to port management.
