Description

Election Poster commissioned by the Communist Party of Australia for the Federal Election of October 1937. The poster was part of a police correspondence file on the activities of alleged communists before, during and after World War II (see A/73463 279M28). The poster calls for the defeat of the Lyons Government and the election of "A Labor Government".
