Description

This series consists of an Opinion Book which contains transcripts of opinions given by the Crown Solicitor or by the Home Secretary in response to requests for legal advice. The book notes the agency or individual concerned, the subject of the opinion and the opinion itself. Agencies include the Barron Divisional Board, the Lands Department, Attorney General, Booringa Divisional Board, the Bulimba Divisional Board and so on. Matters include problems with registration of a ferry, Sunday trading, validity of signatures etc.
